Late Registration fee of $100 will be added after March 15, 2010.

* Please note that Registration to Friday's Congress session is mandatory in order to attend the Pre-Congress

Registration opens for both days at 7:15 AM

*PreCongress - April 29, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, $250 Lunch on your own.

Congress - April 30, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.  Registration Categories:

1. Congress Sessions for Current ALOA Member - If you attended the ALOA Denver 2008 meeting (Check the Membership Directory). Includes 1 year ALOA Membership, ALOA membership certificate and listing in ALOA’s online referral Membership Directory. $400.

2. Congress Sessions for New Member Doctor - Not a current member (Check the Membership Directory). Includes 1 year ALOA Membership, ALOA membership certificate and listing in ALOA’s online referral Membership Directory. $450.

3. Faculty, Orthodontic Residents, and Dental Assistants - A Letter from your Department Chair confirming your full-time status, or from the Dean if you are the Chair; Required at the Meeting Registration Desk. $150.

4. Speaker - Includes 1 year ALOA Membership, Social and 1 Guest.

5. Primary Exhibitor - Includes Fees for 1 to 2 Sales Reps. $1,500.  Register at the desk for additional exhibitors at $200 each.
